Welcome to Just Dip It Tacos, where we bring traditional Mexican flavors with a Chicago twist! Founded and operated by Jessica House, our vibrant venture began in 2019 with a passion for sharing the rich culinary traditions of our culture in the heart of Chicago.
Jessica’s culinary journey is rooted in her upbringing in her grandparents' home in Chicago, where food was the glue that brought family and friends together. Inspired by her grandmother, who would wake up at 4 a.m. to prepare meals for everyone, Jessica learned the profound impact that food can have on people's lives. This inspiration led to the creation of Just Dip It Tacos, where we aim to bring good food and memorable experiences to our community.
At Just Dip It Tacos, our claim to fame is our delicious QuesaBirria Tacos. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced, non-GMO products to ensure the freshest and most natural flavors in every bite. Our menu features a range of options, including vegan and vegetarian choices, catering to diverse tastes and dietary preferences. From our signature QuesaBirria to Mini Loaded Flautas and Green Spaghetti, every dish is crafted with love and authenticity.
We operate under a 10x10 ft tent with a blacktop grill, creating an immersive taquero-style dining experience for our guests. Whether it's an on-site catering event, a personal chef service, or a pop-up at local businesses, we are dedicated to customizing each dining experience to meet the unique needs of our customers. Our dedication has led us to partner with local businesses, such as a local dispensaries, car dealerships and so many mor - Collaboration Allows us to bring our flavors to different neighborhoods.
As a woman-owned business, we are proud to serve a diverse clientele. We are excited to announce our participation in many Chicagoland Farmers Markets and other local venues.
